What you may do

• Deliver unlimited client audits using the kit. There is no per-audit fee and no cap.
• Present the reports under your own brand. The templates are unbranded and carry no watermark.
• Charge whatever you like for the audits you deliver. The kit’s pricing pack suggests EUR 900–2,500; what you actually charge is your business.
• Adapt the templates — edit the slides, rewrite the wording, change the scoring weights, add your own sections.
• Use the kit inside one business, including its employees and contractors working on that business’s client work.

What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.
• Share the folder, its files or its download link outside your business.
• Publish the templates, the Fix Library entries or the prompt battery as your own product, course, template pack or lead magnet.
• Use the kit to build a competing audit kit for sale.

The line is straightforward: selling audits is the point; selling the kit is not.

Ownership

You own the audits and reports you produce. The operator retains copyright in the kit and its templates. Your licence to use them is perpetual for the version you receive, subject to the restrictions above.

Updates

Updates are included for 12 months from delivery. After that the folder you hold remains yours and keeps working; you stop receiving revisions.

Termination

A refund ends the licence. If you are refunded, the right to use the folder and anything derived from it ends, including copies already made. Reports already delivered to clients before the refund are unaffected.

The licence also ends if you resell or redistribute the kit.
