The gap

The problem isn’t demand. It’s delivery.

Your clients are already asking. Public pricing for this work runs EUR 500–1,500 for a freelance check and EUR 2,000–5,000 for an agency audit. The blocker is that building a defensible method takes 25–40 unbilled hours, and every AI chat session gives you a different framework — which means audit number two costs you as much as audit number one.

CITED fixes exactly that. One method. Same rubric every time. Client-ready output.

What’s inside

One folder. Seven assets. Copy it once.

Everything is editable, everything is unbranded, and the commercial licence lets you deliver unlimited client audits under your own name.

The Prompt Battery Builder sheet with generated prompts grouped by intent type.

Forty prompts, built for one client.

Enter the client’s industry, offer, three competitors and three geos. It generates 32–40 prompts across discovery, comparison, recommendation and task intents, with two to three phrasing variants each.

4 tabs · 32–40 prompts · sampling protocol included

The Run Sheet scoring engine showing the visibility score and linked charts.

The score is a formula, not an opinion.

Log presence, citation, position in answer, sentiment and competitor mentions. It computes the 0–100 visibility score, competitor share of voice and a variance flag, and drives six linked charts.

6 tabs · 6 linked charts · auto-scored

Slides from the client report template, including the score slide and roadmap.

The deck your client forwards to their board.

Fourteen slides wired straight to the Run Sheet: exec summary, method and confidence, the score, prompt-level findings, share of voice, source landscape, technical extractability, prioritised roadmap.

14 slides · 9-page doc · unbranded, no watermark

A Fix Library entry showing symptom, diagnosis, recommendation and implementation note.

Twenty-eight problems, each with the fix.

Every entry runs symptom, diagnosis, exact recommendation, impact and effort score, then a paste-ready implementation note — schema blocks, answer-capsule patterns, llms.txt, crawler governance, source plays.

28 entries · 22 pages · paste-ready

The commercial pack: scope document, pricing page and proposal email.

What to charge, and what to say.

A two-page scope with liability language, a three-tier pricing page at EUR 900 / 1,800 / 3,500, the proposal email, a 20-minute discovery script, eight objections with answers, and the retainer one-pager.

6 documents · 3 pricing tiers · 8 objections

The delivery runbook laid out hour by hour from intake to send.

Hour by hour, intake to delivery.

0:00 intake, 0:30 battery build, 1:15 runs, 3:00 scoring, 4:00 report, 5:00 QA. Including what to do when the data comes back noisy.

6 pages · 5.5 hour runbook

The commercial licence document and the client intake form.

Your brand on the deliverable, in writing.

An explicit commercial-use licence: deliver unlimited client reports under your own brand. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself. Plus the client intake form.

See it first

Read a real audit before you buy one.

A redacted nine-page sample from an audit I ran on a live brand. The score and how it was collected, who gets named instead, and three findings traced to the sources the engines actually cited — exactly as a client receives them.

Sent. Check your inbox for the nine-page sample.

One email with the download link. No sequence, and no requirement to buy anything.

Six logged runs of one prompt across three engines, showing four different answers.

Why the method is the product

Six runs. Four different answers.

AI answers vary between askings, between phrasings and between engines. Asking once measures noise. The protocol is what makes it a measurement: three engines, two runs each, two phrasings per prompt — twelve recorded answers per prompt, with variance scored explicitly rather than hidden.

If a vendor can’t show you variance across runs, they measured nothing.

Intake at nine. Client-ready deck by half past two.

  1. 0:00 Intake Client brief, competitor set, target geos.
  2. 0:30 Battery build Generate 32–40 prompts across four intent types.
  3. 1:15 Runs Three engines, two runs each, two phrasings. Log as you go.

  5. 4:00 Report Fourteen slides populate from the sheet.
  6. 5:00 QA Check confidence language, export, send.
Before

A client asks why they’re invisible in ChatGPT. You say ‘we’re looking into it.’ You spend the next two weekends reading GEO blog posts and building a spreadsheet you’ll never reuse. Meanwhile a competitor agency pitches your client a EUR 2,500 audit.

After

A client asks. You send a scoped proposal the same afternoon at EUR 1,800. You run the battery Tuesday, score it Wednesday, present Thursday. They approve a EUR 1,200 a month implementation retainer on the call. Total delivery effort: five hours. And the second client costs you the same five hours.

Delivery

Ships 15 October 2026.

The kit is in final production. Every buyer receives the complete Drive folder — all seven assets — on 15 October 2026. You are charged when you order, and your founding price is locked in at that moment.

If the folder has not been delivered by 23:59 CET on 15 October 2026, every order is refunded in full, automatically. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to fill anything in. Your 14-day refund window starts the day you receive the folder, not the day you buy.

Both are one-time payments. A Google Drive folder you copy once.

Not a monitoring tool

If you want an ongoing dashboard, buy a tracker. This is a delivery system you use, not a subscription you watch.

Not a course

There are no lessons and no modules. There is a folder, a runbook, and a licence.

Not a guarantee of placement

Nobody can promise an AI engine will cite your client, and the kit’s own scope document says so in writing.

Also not for you if you have no clients yet. This is a delivery system, not a client-acquisition course.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

When do I get it?

The kit ships on 15 October 2026. You are charged when you order and your founding price is locked in. If it has not been delivered by 23:59 CET on that date, your order is refunded in full automatically, without you asking. Your 14-day refund window starts the day you receive the folder.

Do I need a paid tool?

No. Everything runs on free tiers of Google Workspace and the AI engines. The optional Auto-Runner uses your own API key at roughly EUR 2–5 per audit.

Isn’t this just a report template? Those are free.

Free templates are empty shells. The value here is the method that fills them: which prompts, how many runs, how to score variance, what each finding means, and what to charge.

AI answers change constantly — will this go stale?

The specific answers change; the method doesn’t. The Fix Library gets an update whenever an engine materially changes how it surfaces sources. You get updates for 12 months.

Can I white-label it?

Yes. Unlimited client reports under your brand. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself.

Can I really deliver in one day?

The runbook budgets five to six hours for a single-brand, three-competitor audit. Complex multi-market clients take longer.

What if my client asks whether this will get them into ChatGPT?

That’s objection number three in the Commercial Pack, with the honest answer and the framing that keeps the deal alive.

Refunds?

14 days from the day you receive the folder, no questions. If the kit ships late, the refund is automatic and you do not need to request it.

Run one audit. If it doesn’t hold up in front of a real client, email me within 14 days and I’ll refund you in full.

No form, no questions, no ‘what did you try’. And if the kit does not ship on 15 October 2026, you are refunded before you think to ask.

Quote it Monday. Deliver it Friday.

Delivered 15 October 2026. Commercial licence included. 14-day refund from delivery.
