Terms

1. What you are buying

CITED is a Google Drive folder of seven assets: the Prompt Battery Builder, the Run Sheet and Scoring Engine, the Client Report Template, the Findings to Fix Library, the Commercial Pack, the Delivery Runbook, and the Licence and Intake Form. It is a set of documents and spreadsheets. It is not software, not a subscription, not a course, and not a monitoring service.

You copy the folder once and reuse it for every client. Nothing runs on our servers, and there is no account to maintain.

2. Delivery

CITED ships on 15 October 2026. You are charged when you order and your price is fixed at that moment. If the folder has not been delivered by 23:59 CEST on that date, every order is refunded in full automatically. See Widerruf and Refunds.

3. Price

The founding price of EUR 99 (Standard) and EUR 138 (Plus) applies to the first 50 orders. After that the price is EUR 199. Both are one-time payments. There is no recurring charge of any kind.

4. Updates

Updates to the kit are included for 12 months from delivery. After that the folder you hold remains yours and continues to work; you simply stop receiving revisions.

5. What CITED does not promise

CITED is a measurement and delivery method. It does not guarantee that any AI engine will cite any brand. No such guarantee is possible, and the kit’s own scope document states this in writing so that you can pass it to your clients.

AI answers vary between askings, between phrasings and between engines. The method scores that variance explicitly rather than concealing it. Results depend on the brand, the market and the work done after the audit.

The kit is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost client relationships, arising from the use of the kit or from the audits you deliver with it. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

6. Your responsibility to your clients

You deliver audits under your own name, on your own terms, and to your own clients. The commercial relationship with those clients is entirely yours, including the scope you agree, the fee you charge and the advice you give. The kit provides templates, not professional judgement.

7. Third-party services

CITED runs on the free tiers of Google Workspace and the AI engines. Those services set their own terms and can change them. The optional Auto-Runner uses your own API key at your own cost, roughly EUR 2–5 per audit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Where the buyer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
