CITED is run by one person. Email is the only channel, and it reaches me directly.
I answer within one working day, usually sooner. Questions about scope, whether the kit fits your client mix, or what is actually in the folder are welcome before you buy — that is a better use of both our time than a refund afterwards.
Before you write
Three things the page already answers, in case they are what you were about to ask:
- Ship date. 15 October 2026. You are charged when you order, your founding price is locked in then, and if it misses that date every order is refunded automatically. See Widerruf and Refunds.
- What you may do with it. Unlimited client audits under your own brand, unbranded and unwatermarked. See Licence.
- What it does not claim. It does not guarantee placement in any AI engine’s answers. No such guarantee is possible. See Terms.
Purchases and invoices
Payment runs through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so invoices, VAT and payment-method problems are handled by their support. Anything about the product itself comes to me.
